Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original condition, ensuring all tags are attached and protective gear is placed in its original boxing.

• 3.
  Ship to Daedo

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the gear for signs of wear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
